The Western States Sign Council (WSSC) is one of nine regions of the International Sign Association (ISA). It consists of the ISA members from Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah.

Comprised of representatives from the state associations, the WSSC board of directors meet several times each year to conduct regular business of the organization and to plan fundraising activities.

Funding received from ISA for membership, event hosting, and other fundraising responsibilities are dispersed to the state associations of the WSSC for their use for educational programs, industry knowledge assistance in advocacy efforts with local and state governments, and other activities directly related to the members.
